If you delete your account, all personal information will be permanently erased from our active databases within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (for example, payment or tax records).

Payment and Billing Data

Payment details are processed securely through Dodo Payments and are never stored on SVGverseAI servers.
Transaction metadata (amount, date, and payment ID) may be kept for up to 7 years to comply with financial and audit requirements.

Moderation and Safety Data

Flagged prompts or images detected through our moderation systems (OpenAI, Google Vision, PicPurify, Sightengine) may be stored temporarily for 30–90 days for investigation and abuse prevention.
After this period, they are automatically deleted or anonymized.

Usage Logs

Non-personal analytics data, such as browser type, device, and session timestamps, may be stored for up to 12 months to support performance and security monitoring.

Backup Retention

Encrypted backups containing user data are securely stored and automatically purged after 90 days.

Data Deletion Requests

Users can request deletion of their data at any time by emailing hello@svgverseai.com.
Upon verification, SVGverseAI will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
